Too often we have experienced the "language" disconnect between the mechanical engineer and the material scientist. Reliability Engineering & Validation


How can one ensure that a product is sufficiently tested before Start of Production? The answer is an Analytics Based Reliability Process.
With mathematical models describing the damage influencing parameters (physics of failure), the accumulated damage becomes quantifiable. This allows identification of validation gaps and optimization of existing test programs to address underrepresented failure modes. This approaches saves money and time in the development process and reduces warranty risks during production.
In Partnership with UPTIME ENGINEERING, this comprehensive Reliability Process has been implemented with several mayor manufacturers in a wide range of industries - from Automotive to Household Appliance to Wind Energy.
